Suitable for health and social care professionals, disabled people, their partners and carers. Please bring an open mind & a willingness to share your opinion.

Topics to include:
Sexual health & human rights;
Care Plan reviews that include personal relationship support in its widest sense;
Practical Question & Answer session;
Demonstration of some accessible sex aids;
Signposting to sources of support.

Due to the nature of our Training courses delegates must be 18yrs & over

Please note we are also available to be guest speakers at team meetings, travel expenses required (and accommodation costs if necessary).

This is a highly interactive training course.
We will include case studies based on real life scenarios.
At the end of the course you will have:
A better understanding of The Care Act 2014 with regard to sex, disability and intimacy;
Practical solutions to support you in your daily role;
A resource pack to take away;
Certificate of attendance for CPD purposes.
Pre course questionnaires will be sent out prior to course date and must be completed before attendance.
